Doesn't look like her, does it?

And that was part of the reason why she decided to come up with this special outfit.

Inspired by a vision from a different world, she came up with the perfect outfit that not only gives her a certain level of anonymity, but also allows her to work in caves and sewers without having to worry about getting dust or sludge in the most embarrassing places.

The subtle technical lines give the suggestion that her powers are technical in origin (in reality she was born with these abilities). The hood detracts attention away from her face, and the mask provides filtration. Since her physical form could not be suppressed, attention is instead diverted to the red-and-yellow shield. (The same shield, which, by the way, is worn by her cousin, Icon Powers. She can get away with it for now because her cousin's existence in this universe is not public knowledge yet.)
